I just spent about 15 minutes trying to uncombine an order because the instructions for doing so under Help/Post Sale Mgt./FAQ are incorrect.
Instructions say to click on the order number (which takes you to the Fulfillment page), then click on the "Non-Paying Bidder" button. There is no NPB button on the fulfillment page, which is why it took me so long. By accident, I discovered that on the fulfillment page, you have to click on "Edit Buyer," then you get to a page with the NPB button and the rest of the steps to uncombine.
