I gave eBay my credit card numbers & they were approved on 12/02/02. I had auctions set to gon at 11:30PM on 12/02/02. They were blocked because "no credit card on file" Why?

Hello,

That is an error returned by eBay. What I would recommend doing is contacting eBay regarding that problem, to make sure they've actually updated your account and everything to reflect your credit card has been approved.

I had the same problem and my account verified at eBay saying on the account detail page that the credit card was checked and approved. If this is the case then why is it not possible for auction watch to detect this. I contacted ebay and they have yet to get back to me. Both auctionwatch and eBay need some "live" customer service help, a phone number would be nice.

In situations like this it is best to contact eBay -- it may be verified, but they might not have pushed it through and updated your account yet.
