Hello,

Please read the emails I just sent you earlier. There is a long one with all of the details on how to clear that problematic image from Pro.

Hello,

Close out of the program and restart your machine. If you still cannot upload these images and it is the exact same error message as before, email me directly one of the images to test with. I want to see if the image truly is problematic, or if your copy of Pro is just acting up. Be certain to try simply restarting your system first though, if this just started suddenly without any changes to how you have been using your setup.

Hello,

Thanks for the log file. The problem seems to be an Internet communication failure, which happens when large amounts of data are synchronized.

The fact that the image upload failed when using the browser, too, is further proof that a communication failure between your ISP and the AuctionWatch servers might be to blame.

What is interesting, though, is that I noticed similar errors in the past, traced in the log file. They did not happen this often though, and looked more like transient errors.

Could you perhaps check with your ISP whether something changed in their setup lately? Is there something that might cause timeouts, or failures on sending or receiving large files?

Also, if possible, please try to check an alternate ISP.

Thanks,

-Radu

Hello,

Are you using AOL? If so, is there an alternate dialup number you can use? The problem appears to be a connectivity issue that may be corrected by using a different dialup number.

Thanks,

Diana

We are on Optinum Online (isp ) - however we disabled the Network and used a dial up
AOL modem and got the same failure !!! So it is not the connection !!! As it would seem impossible that both would fail
