I am learning html code and have been adding this to my auctions lately but my bids have been decreasing. They are top of the line costumes and should of received bids by now. I blamed this on the time of the year but here is a email that I just received:
Also,, those costumes I was interested in, that I told
you wouldnt load....still wont load. I have a cable
modem so I don't think it's a prob there. All the
other auctions load up fine. THe item numbers are:
#1973380622, #1791626932, (I only see the top half of
the page above the discription, and see you have added
a reserve to these ?) Also, your new listings:
#1977505798, #1977506256. I wonder if ebay can help
answer why these wont load up?? It must be that way
for everyone because I know there would be bids on
these beautiful costumes. I'll keep checking until the
last minute.....
Most likely, this customer is viewing your auctions in Netscape. They are viewable in Internet Explorer so you wouldn't necesarily have to shut them down -- you can tell that person to check them out in IE. When auctions don't load in Netscape it is usually due to incorrect HTML tags so I would recommend you review the HTML that you insert, to make sure that it is correct.
