I sol an auction on the 4th of December with Buy It Now and the email with the AW checkout did not go out to the 6th. That is way too long and I end up having the bidder used ebay checkout instead. How do I avoid this? Vivi.

Hey Vivi,

Love the response from AW, missed the point entirely I think.

I use mailstep as well to capture those rogue payments but you are quite correct in asking why the delay in the WBN going out.
