Hi we would appreciate some guidance.
We tried to start using mailstep and it is not working at all for us.
We tried on different auction payments and same thing. It is not updating anything in the post sale system.
Is there a normal delay expected? Maybe we are impatient.....but we have waited at least 15 minutes minimum on each and no import.
Is it supposed to work with eBay Mltiple Fixed Price Listings?
We are sure the payment is going to the correct Mailstep address and WE ARE RECEIVING the forwarded emails from Mailstep into our normal E-mail account so it is running through ok BUT it for some reason seems to not be parsing the E-mails.
Any direction/help/support/testing will be appreciated.

By the way.
We have all the options in Mailstep on Auctionwatch Preferences enabled as shown below. Our Paypal payments in the e-mails also clealy have the Auction Number, Auction Description, Buyers E-mail etc inclded. What else could cause a "NON-RECOGNIZABLE" Paypal E-mail?
Auctionwatch Mailstep Paypal Prefs:
ENABLED: Automatically apply the payment as a credit to the mail-specified item or order #
ENABLED: Automatically extract and store the Buyer's 'Ship To' address into the PostSale system (if the address is not already stored)

Thanks I guess it just is not immediate email parsing.
The good news is that it is now working perfectly for our needs.
I guess we were just impatient and/or there is a lag time for Auctionwatch E-mail parser to work.
We changed absolutely nothing and came back after about 30 minutes and a few different payments were parsed correctly.
