It appears mailstep is not functioning - I am not receiving emails from eBay (listing notifications, user questions, etc.) and I tried sending an email directly to my mailstep account but it did not pass through to me. Ideas? Obviously this is a big deal to have this not functioning!

I just tested mailstep from here, and it appears to be working normally with no delays. Please allow a little time to see if there is maybe a little latency somewhere. Did you test your email directly to make sure the problem is not at your mail server?
