It looks like you already combined some of the items purchased by that buyer. You would need to undo the other order and then recombine it, including all auctions. Let me know if you need help with this.
the order and the item do not match the default 'time frame' of 2 weeks. Simply click on CombinableItems and change the option to view items / orders in the past 30 days, and you will be able to combine them.
