We are using the Verisign Payment Gateway but we do not receive e-mail notifications. How are we suppose to know when we get paid? I cannot find any setup options to enable this.

Hello,
You will need to login to your Verisign account to set this up. Sending you notices that you have been sent payment should be a default setting though. Double check that you have stored your email address with them correctly.

We do have our e-mail address set up correctly in our account. According to verisign, only the Payflow Link allows you to automatically send a e-mail upon payment receipt. Notification by PayFlow Pro is built in by the backend developer. At least that's what they've told me.

We have looked into this from our side, and the system appears to be functioning normally. Please check for an email spam filter, to make sure your messages are not being flagged as spam.
