As a buyer, I love Auction Watch's checkout program. So I signed up with Sales Manager so my sales would go that smoothly. However I'm boggled. What does "WBN" stand for? How do I know if it's been sent automatically, and how to send it manually? What's BIN? Is there a glossary somewhere? Is there a step-by-step procedure list?

Hello,

WBN stands for Winning Bidder Notification. You can set it to go out automatically or have it go out manually through Post Sale Management Options, in your My Account tab. The WBN is a notice you can send out to your winners to manage post sale for an auction/store item that they have won.

Here is a link to our FAQ about post sale, which includes some info about the WBN:

http://www.auctionwatch.com/help/faq.html/13

As always, feel free to ask questions about the WBN and Post Sale should the FAQ not cover what you would like to know. I hope this helps!

Regards,

Sonya
