I went to send an infrequent e-mail to my old customers and have found that my customer list is unmanageable due to size. I'd cull it but I have no options between 50 per page and all. At 50 per page, I can't go through 10,000 names. And All just produces a blank page. What is the trick?

I will need to check into this to see if there is a workaround available, but you're right, there is no way to view all 10,000.
