You may notice that listings that have been tracked into Sales Manager recently reflect "updating" status. We are investigating the cause of this problem now, and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The track auction feature is down right now, and we are evaluating if and how to fix it currently.
Are these auctions you listed using AuctionWatch? Either from the image hosting tab, or perhaps items you relisted directly at eBay that were originally listed from AuctionWatch?

My personal situation - I listed this auction Ithat I wish to track directly to eBay before trying out Auction Watch. When I attempted to track the auction it continuously states updating.

Keep in mind that the import feature does still work properly, just not the 'track other items' feature.

Unfortunately the import feature does NOT work properly as it does not give imported auction the shipping options set as default on the account , the way the import all works now we would have to edit the shipping prefrenses of all imported auctions , and that is too time consuming , if the imported auctions took the default shipping options then we could use it ,as of now we are looking into other auction services as no solution to this problem has been resolved , sorry

Is anyone there working on this auction tracking problem?
Does anyone there even feel the need to address it?
Or is it just time to look elsewhere?
It has been more than 2 weeks and very inconvenient.

Engineering is working on both the import and track issues. I am sorry I did not update this thread sooner but please be assured it is being addressed.
