I have a high bidder who is high bidder on 37 auctions. He is late on payment and the only emails I get are occassional and just excuses. I just went to ebay and found that he has been NARU'd. I spent 1 hour doing NPB and FVF requests back to back on 37 auctions. Do I have to spend another hour doing FVF credit requests on 37 auctions individually on AW now? Or is there a way to file for the credit all at once since all the auctions were combined into one order on this site? I really don't have time for this and am not feeling too well. Last Wednesday (December 11) I collapsed in the local post office while shipping packages and was rushed to the hospital to have a blood transfusion (2 bags/880cc total). Turns out I have a bleeding stomach ulcer. My blood count has not returned to normal yet and I just thought maybe there was an easier way to do the final value fee request for a complete order on AW.

I followed the directions in the email but have not received any kind of confirmation that the info was received on your end. Is this being taken care of? Thanks.

Now it is the 6th and I still have not heard anything back concerning this. At least when I do an auction manually I get a confirmation that the final value fee request has been received. This is absolutely rediculous! I received an email on the 2nd from Chris that said:

Hello,

Sorry for the delay, our billing specialist will be back in tomorrow, and
can address your concerns at that time.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,
Christopher

Now it is the 6th and still no word on this. What happened, did the billing specialist quit or call in sick or something? I just want to know what the heck is going on.
