Its been 5 days I cannot send WBNs or do anything else with auction tracking, getting ready for another set of auctions to end with no management software, whats going on?

Imported listings will still work, just not 'tracked' auctions. The tracking feature was installed to allow your items easily be viewed from the Sales Manager tab, not for use in the post sale area.
Every so often, as we make changes and updates, this behavior changes. Sometimes you can use the post sale tools on tracked items, and others you cannot. Unfortunately, since the post sale management tools were never designed to be used on non-AuctionWatch listed items, we cannot guarantee that if you find a workaround to do so, that it will always be available for use.
We do hope to locate the cause for this tracking auctions error, but we cannot say that repairing it will bring back the use of the Post Sale Management tools on items listed outside of the Sales Manager tab.
