This is totally unacceptable. This is a FREE ebay listing day!
I have been loyal to AW and now my auctions might not go through today???
Ebay states that it is an AW problem!!!!
Please do something??????

Hello,
We have been aware of the problems launching to the eBay API and have an announcement up about them:
http://www.auctionwatch.com/siteupdate.html
Please check there for updates on this situation.

I agree - UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
I have been launching directly at ebay all day - no delay - no problem!!!
Your updates keep us informed, yes, but why is there such a delay. Ebay says it is your problem. I pay alot of money for your service - and is very frustrating when it doesn't work.

But what good does this do if our auctions do not go through today?
TODAY is the free listing day.

Hello,
Where does eBay state that the problem lies with us? We have been working with them through the day to resolve this issue. If you can point me to the right direction, or let me know where you got the information, that would be great.

Sonya

The very LEAST you could do would be to turn off the AW feature? that send our listings into error mode.
Now some of my listings have gone from processing to error mode, and I must spend MY time relaunching them.
Again, this is unacceptable!!!!

OK - I called ebay to get the information first hand as to what the big delay is. I got the information about this being auctionwatch's fault and not ebay's second hand. My apologies - I should not believe what I see or hear second hand. The delay is with the API at ebay and is really out of AW hands. This came directly from ebay. So those of us, jumping down AW's throat need to back off a bit - it appears to me they are doing what they can. My apologies to AW!!

STILL stuck in processing, I am now beyond upset.....
What a waste of my time, they will all go into error mode and will probably not launch tonight.

I've been trying to list all day with AW and Ebay with no success. This is a big disappointment as I thought I was ready for FLD and could save a few bucks. One of the problems has nothing to do with either service. The Internet is getting Gridlocked again from all the people on line with the schools out and everyone home in the snow storms. So the end result is that most people can't get on line to view the auctions anyway.

Auctions Stuck in Processing on FREE listing day. TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE! I pay a lot of money to use this service. What is your solution?
