My auction #1948767744 ended via "Buy it now"

I see it in ebay, but its not in post sale.

A little help as to why this may have happened.

Hello,

The auction was missing from your account so I tracked it back in. However at this time, the track auction tool is not working so the auction will remain in updating status. Engineering is working on fixing this, we will let you know about its progress.
