I am using the Mailstep feature with no problems. I would like to use my Mailstep address in AW communications to buyers. The use of two email accounts may cause some unnecessary confusion.
Your mailstep address forwards email to the primary email address that you have on file with us. You can include in your WBNs that if people want to reach you they can email you at your mailstep ID -- let me know a little more of what you have in mind, if this does not answer your question.

In the Post Sales Management under "Default Post Sale Mgt Messages" There are auto-populating fields that can be - or are - inserted into communications with the buyer.
The data that is extracted for %%MyEmail%% is my default email address. I would like to see the option of substituting my mailstep email.
You can erase that identifyer and just insert your email address there instead -- it will appear the same, the My Email identifyer will just automatically insert your AW primary email address. This should work out well for you.

That works, however thee are still links the buyer has to email me - such as the checkout page - that uses my primary email address.
There are other links like that that are uneditable by the seller.
I think I am zeroing in on my Mailstep concerns, and I appreciate your responses to this issue.
