About a month ago I started having some weird lines show up on my packing slips. Not every packing slip, but about 20 per cent of them.
Now this last week I have been unable to click on "Print Packing slip" and have it automatically open and link to my printer.
I can print a packing slip only if I right clik on "Print Packing slip" and then force an open link. (one of the options)
This works but is very slow compared to how Auction Watch has always worked for me in the past.
The printer is working fine and word, excel etc all print flawlessly.
All the other Aution Watch fullfillment check list items work fine.
Does anyone know what could cause this problem. I have emailed AW 3 times but so far have not received a reply.

Strange that you did not receive a reply, as currently there is no backlog of email in our queue. (perhaps a spam filter blocked it?)
Anyway, as for your printing issue. We have not made any changhes to the system recently, so it should behave as it always has. If you suddenly run into issues like these, of course try restarting your browser/system (if you didn't already) and possible reload the same version of the browser you have now, just anew. Or, if you have the option, go to add/remove it, and select the 'repair' option.
