I am looking to use the Image hosting only plan but I am having a hard time cause when I go into my account it shows that I have the sales manager plan. I just want to pay $12.95 a month for unlimited hosting of photos. Please let me know that I am only going to be on that plan. I can't figure out all the other charges for $5.01 on my account? Thanks!
Please answer before my two weeks trial period is up.

When your trial is up, just pick one of the $12.95/mo plans, and you will have unlimited image hosting. You will still have access to using the Sales Manager if you wanted to, but if you never use it, you'll never pay any fees associatted with it.

Well... today we got a balance due?!? I thought if we didn't use the sales manager we wouldn't get billed? What does this mean then: <br>

I checked your account, and it looks like you actually signed up for a payment plan right away when you joined, instead of later when your trial was over.
When you signed up for a plan, that ended the trial, so you were pro-rated for 12 days of usage for the rest of the billing cycle. That plus the normal monthly fee is how you arrived at this balance.
Send an email to [email protected] with billing in the subject line explaining this, and our billing specialist should be able to work with you.
