I want to use Airborne Ground for shipping. Since this is not one of the shipping options how can I handle this? I don't mind typing "Airborne Ground used for shipping" into the auction description, but I need the method that the customer sees in checkout to be accurate. Seems like there should be an "Other" option.

Hello,

There are two blank fields in the shipping section, which you can use for custom shipping options. You can find this under My Account -> Global Preferences. Please let us know if you have any trouble finding this.

Diana,
I entered Airborne Ground into my global preferences, but it didn't come up as an option in the inventory item that I want to use it in. Shouldn't it have?

Hello,

Since the item was already created, it will not appear. You will need to add it manually do any items that you do not create anew.
