I have it enabled in my settings to auto send out a copy of the WBN when an auction closes - and it doesn't seem to be working.

I have to manually send it out - then the box is checked and timestamped and I get a copy.

Is there anything I need to look into - because this is kind of a hassle.

Also these are FP auctions if that makes a difference.

Thank you.

Hello,

In order to get your FP items to move to closed in a more timely manner, you can check the item in your active list, then click the "refresh" button at the top of your active list. Wait 15-20 minutes after doing this, then refresh your browser.

You can also use our mail relay system (Mailstep), which allows AuctionWatch to use the eBay EOA notice that is automatically sent to you to trigger WBN delivery to your buyer and Control Panel update.

This feature is easy to set up and use. To activate, simply update the email address on file at eBay with your AuctionWatch Mailstep address ([email protected].) The eBay generated mail is then forwarded through our system so we can use the EOA notice to trigger the BIN and fixed-price listings to go to closed. All received mail is forwarded through to the email address you have on file with AuctionWatch.

Note that AuctionWatch does not store any email after it is safely delivered to you. We understand that customer and eBay communication is very important to you, which is why we built this highly available and secure system to deliver your email with no changes to your current process.

To learn more about this system, and for directions on use, please refer to this URL:

http://www.auctionwatch.com/promo/mailstep/bin.html

Note that if at any time you wish to discontinue Mailstep, it is very easy to disable (simply change the eBay e-mail address back to your primary e-mail account address).

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.

Diana
