Hello,

If you download the archive in Complete Format view, you'll see there's a column called Tax Amount (it is next to Shipping Discount). You can determine what the sales tax was for each item in your archive, from that column. I hope this helps!

I guess I'm not doing something right. Should I save this to disk or open were it is?
When I save it to disk - it like tons of stuff that I don't need or even know what it is. Lots of 00000 etc. I'm using notepad to open it - is that correct. Then if I try to print it - it cuts 2/3's of the page off??
Sorry I just don't know how to do this. Help
Thanks

Hello,

First save it to disk. It downloads as a CSV file, which can be opened by any word processor, but the default is Excel. Do you have Excel?

I'm not sure if I do or not? I also have my husband's laptop which uses Windows Professional - would that have Excel?

Hello,

It should, if it has Microsoft Office on it. You could do a "find" search from your start menu to look for Excel.

It wasn't easy but I got what I needed.
Now can you tell me a quick way to pull up the address of the winners for all the auction that have not been archived?
Thanks

Hello,

If you click on Post Sale in the Sales Manager tab, you will see a column on the Post Sale page called Buyer Email. If you are looking for a specific buyer, you can search via email on that page as well.

Hello,

Unfortunately, Post Sale doesn't sort by sales tax. If you are trying to find that out for your auctions that have not yet been archived, you will have to go through each auction's fulfillment checklist.
