I have had several customers email me to ask when their items would be shipped. I had sent shipment notices through Post Sale last week. Was there a problem with this? Is there still a problem?
Is that step still appearing as checked off in the post sale steps? Also, did these same customers happen to do their post sale process from outside of the AW WBN?
Perhaps the email account they use as a default on eBay has a spam filter in place that has blocked these notices, although this is the first report we have had thus far about using not recieving these.
