I am having problems with the online Sales manager "post sale". Everything i click on the "awaiting payment" link it shows nearly every auction i have as unpaid and a link to file NPBA. But if i go into some of them it actually shows as paid with paypal transaction id. On top of that it is putting items into the "items to ship" area which are already marked as ship. So I can not determine who hasn't paid and who paid or who to ship to. I have to question every item! I've been haven't this problem for 2 weeks now with a run around or playing dumb from AW about this problem. Anyone else having this problem?

Hello,

Please make sure that your "awaiting payment" and "items to ship" pages are refreshed. You might want to clear your browser cache, so that these pages show the latest data.

If the symptom persists, please give us an exemple of a problem item from each category.

it still does everything all wrong! I've try many of ways and figure out a pattern to this bug. Can't really explain it over email. Can AW help me?

Hello,

I took a quick peek at your post-sale area, and notice that most of your items have step #3 checked off, but step #1 and #2 are not. If you don't check off each step as it is completed (whether the customer responded via WBN or you entered the info yourself) this will result in your post-sale lists being out of order. Please try checking off steps prior to step #3, then refresh, and see if this will help the problem.

step 3 is automactilly checked by the mailstep feature via paypal. The problem i'm having never happen before just recently. I do not have time to check 1,2,3. I let the mailstep feature update the item as paid and it will put it in the "item to ship" area. Then when it is shipped i checked 4. I am telling you there is a pretty bad bug in the system and no one is willing to look into it. I've been using AW for 6 months with no problems.

As soon as I click "awaiting payment" to maybe page 2 or 3 then go back to "item to ship" the whole thing blows up! It puts alot of items that are already ship back to "item to ship".

Hello null,

Please disregard my previous post - I misread the problem.

I have spot-checked the items in your Awaiting Payment section in post-sale, and all of the ones that I checked that had "ok to send" (NPB alert links) did not have step #3 checked off. Are you relying on mailstep to record all of your payments?
