I just noticed several auctions on my control panel which reflect days-old high bids. I refreshed a few times and also checked eBAY to make sure there were no retractions.
If this is not corrected prior to an auction close, would a WBN for a lesser amount be sent to the customer?

The WBN pulls the final amount from eBay, the amount will always be correct here.
If you go to refresh your items, place a check mark beside them and use the embedded refresh button on the Sales Manager tab, not the browser one.
