Hi,
I'm trying to get a few things straight with this new post sale check-out. It was stated in FAQ that the Send WBN should be checked when creating a listing and also the Check-out button should be on. I'm worried that the customers who follow the check-out from the auction page are still going to receive a WBN also in their email. Which of course would be somewhat annoying. Also how is this new check-out going to work with combining more than one win for customers? Hoping to get these concerns cleared up, as I think this will be a great new feature to use. Thanks.

Hi Gottaluve,
I believe that they do receive the WBN regardless, however I am double checking on this for you to make sure (as well as behavior for multiple wins). Please check back in here later on.

Hi Gottaluve,
If you have auto WBN selected, then customers will still receive it from us when the listing ends, even if you have the Checkout button enabled. Checkout basically takes the winner to what they would fill out if they were going through the WBN. So if you have a winner go through the checkout button, and they receive the WBN later, the WBN will basically take them to the order confirmation page since they had filled out the information through the checkout button. In situations like this, you might want to consider putting text in your WBN email message saying "If you have already completed checkout using the AuctionWatch Checkout button, please disregard this notice."
If you have a multiple win from a buyer, they can use the checkout button from any of the listings to get to the checkout page. On that checkout page the buyer will see a list of all items that they are authorized to check out from you. In other words, our checkout process itself works the same way it does now - the button is just a more convenient way to get to it.
Hopefully this covers your questions accurately. Thank you for your patience.
