I just had this auction end 2302834864 and the buyer emailed me her address. I filled in the checkout, but the shipping is not adding into the total due.
It is there in checkout and there is only one shipping option.
I tried editing the wbn and reentering the customer info, but the shipping is still not adding into the total due.
I don't know if this has anything to do with it byt the bidder said she was having trouble with checkout, so she emailed me her info. So many bidders say that!

This was one of my imported auctions that had the problem of the E appearing instead of the proper post sale stuff, that you made an announcement about.
I also tried adding another shipping option so I could "choose" the correct option, but still no go.

Hi Shibamarie,
I am sorry that I missed this! Looking at the auction in post sale, I see that you have a number of steps completed. If you wanted to change shipping options, you would have to deselect step 1 in post sale, then go and edit the WBN and choose the shipping option and fill in the shipping price. After you have done this, you can fill out your customer's information yourself, where you should be able to choose the right shipping.
I don't want to deselect step 1 to see what has happened since you've completed several steps already, so if this happens again, please let us know.

Hi Sonya,
I did all that you said, deselected everything, even entered a new shipping option so I could "choose" it to see if that would work. I tried everything, and nothing worked.
Anyway, that particular auction is now paid and shipped.
I think this has to do with the glitch about some post sale stuff having a capital E, an announcement was made about it, but I don't see the announcement anymore. This was one of those imported auctions. I have a few more that were imported and had that problem on that day, but my slooooow bidders haven't contacted me yet! You can check them out and see if there might still be a problem with them too.

And here we go again, I am now having the same problem with auction 3109562993. I've only completed checkout for the bidder, and I have that info in an email, so, please check it out and fool around with it to see if you can figure out what's wrong.

I tried a couple of things, but still no go. And if I preview the checkout info it says shipping method not chosen. Why, I chose it myself! Why is it doing this?
"I would like to have the item shipped via : Not Chosen."
Which of your two shipping options for itme 3109562993, did your buyer/you select? It didnt appear to confirm that you/they selected anything for shipping.
FYI - the E error you keep referring to would have only made a difference if you went in and saw the E appearing, then SAVED the page with those E's there. Otherwise, if you only saw them, but exited, it made zero difference in your items.
The main reason we are running into trouble with these is probably linked to them being imported. Officially, AuctionWatch does not support imported auctions in post sale. There are workarounds you can use to make it work regardless, but the system was never designed to be used this way. (at this time anyway)
For these items, when you saw the "E" character did you try to recreate the WBN? Or did you back out of it and not save anything? I am working on figuring out what happened here.
