I sent a second chance offer out and the bidder did use BIN and it won't move from my closed section, here is the number in closed section:

3204018256

Please help so I can send out the post sale e-mails.

Hello,

The post sale tools are not setup to automatically recognize when a second chance offer has been sent, at this time anyway.

These items will need to be managed from outside of the post sale express tools.
