I am having a real problem with my reminders going out automatically. I have all my reminders set for auto, but they are going out to people who have already paid and received the product. The is the reminder that says "Ebay Auction Winner Reminder", like they have never paid or responded. What can I do to correct this. This is becoming very aggrivating to explain this over and over to people, and some aren't too happy with me thinking I am harassing them.
What can I do??
Thanks
Amy

I was having the same problem and then I wrote the following email for my automated reminder. Maybe this or parts of it will help:
This is just a reminder that we have not received payment for the:
MOTO GUZZI V10 Centauro - Yellow & Black 1:18 (eBay XXXXXXXXXX) that closed on 2003-01-26 21:14:20 with your high bid of X.XX.
Please remit payment so that we can ship your item. Payment is due no later than 10 days from auction end.
NEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE??
Complete the Winning Bidder Notification Checkout Form that you received - let us know if you need us to resend that form.
If your payment is being delayed for any other reason please let us know immediately to prevent a Non-Paying Bidder Alert being filed with eBay and the item being offered to another bidder or relisted for auction.
NOTE: If your payment has already been sent, please let us know and accept our apologies for this automated reminder.
I would also like to add that you can change the title of your reminders in Post Sale Management Options, in My Account. You can change it to whatever you would like to say so that it sounds less intrusive to your customers.

I was having this same promlem over six months ago. I had considered turning the feature back on recently but hesitated as I wasn't sure if the problem had been addressed.
Guess not.
