I have a number of closed items that are not showing up. The item number and description have dissapeared from AW and in the place of the ebay logo there is a shopping bag! I cannot invoice my customers and post out their won items because I can't tell which items they won. HELP!!

We are looking into this now - can you tell us, were the missing items originally listed as AuctionWatch Store items and converted to eBay auctions recently?
This issue is most likely due to the database error outlined in this announcement. If the problem still exists after we resynch the database, please let us know.
