Can someone explain why I'm not able to view 'my account'. When I click on 'My Account' tab screen comes up saying "Page cannot be displayed" and "Cannot find server". Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix this? Appreciate a response and some help. Thanks.
That page is a secure page, so it must be related to your browser being unable to view a secure page. Try clearing your temp files/cache, then restart it. If that doesn't work, try restarting the machine itself.
