On Feb. 21 in the early afternoon I wrote asking why the BidPay button was not appearing in my auctions even though I have that option checked in Preferences. I am still waiting for an answer.

I am sorry that we missed your message. We are looking into this right now. In the meantime, in order to add the BidPay button you can get the HTML for the button from BidPay and place it in your default text -- this way it will appear with every auction you launch automatically.
