Has anyone else had PayPal buyers not complete the checkout process because they think they are done with the checkout process. When in fact they have to read the text below the confirmation statement that says, "PayPal customers click here to pay."
I hate having to send out emails telling customers they have not completed the transaction.
Perhaps the payment forms could be step by step and more user friendly. thanks.
Sometimes, buyers think that they are finished when they get through the confirmation page even though the text that says to go to PayPal is in larger font than the rest of the page. What you can do is add text in your WBN email and welcome messages so that buyers read it often. I hope this helps!
