Sometimes a buyer leaves you a message. That message is displayed in a yellow box in Post Sale Summary. If you click on the yellow box you will see the message. What is the text of the message the buyer receives if you click on "Acknowledge receipt of message". I would like to know what I am telling them before I use this function. Thanks!
When you acknowledge the receipt of the message, the buyer does not get sent anything. What this does is change the color of the note from yellow to white, signifying that you read the message. I hope this helps!
