Hi, I have had some big buyers in my StoreFront Gallery lately that has never paid. I still get charged from Auction Watch for this. Is there any way to get a refund of our fees for this?
I wish that we could have the option to specify the payment method of PayPal or Credit Card only, so the only way to complete the sale, would be for the buyer to pay for it at the time of the order. It would help a lot. Just like all the other on-line selling sites have....Thanks for everything else, and keep up the good work...Judy at WCP.

Judy: Same thing here. I have a bunch of orders and no money. You can request a refund from AuctionWatch for those purchases. The link is:

And, a bunch of us wish that we could accept cc on AW but AW has responded that they are not going to do this. You can put a link to your merchant account or ask that a cc number and expiration date be put in the message box (but the message box does not always come up in checkout). HOpe this helps
