Why are we unable to file non-paying bidder alerts or Final Value fee credits on combined orders?? This is a major inconvienence as I need to actullay manually do these through e-bay and remind myself to follow up!! Is there a way to do this that I am unaware of???

Hello,

eBay does not recognize the number given to the combined order. They will only recognize the actual number of the auction so if you have to send an NPB for an order, you have to uncombine them. You can then send the NPB for all items.

How do I uncombine?? I thought that was orders were combined, they can not be seperated again!

Hello,

To uncombine an order, click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order".
