Hi!

Over the weekend I had a customer win 3 items.
Combined them and adjusted the shipping.
He tells me he never received it, so I went in to check that everything was OK so I could send it again.
Well I couldn't get in to the shipping part to view or edit if need be.
Is there a way to do this on combined items?

Hello,

Yes, just click on the PSM keys for this item as you would any other, then use step one to edit the WBN to change the offered shipping options/prices.

Save the change and resend the WBN.
