when I click invoice it just sets there like it was blocked by pop up blocker.Is there a problem

Hello,

What browser are you using, and do you have any pop up blocker software? When you click on the print invoice link, it opens in a new window for you.

When I used the invoice, I would have to turn off my pop-up blocker, AdSubtract, before I could use it. After VD put their logo on my invoice, I stopped using the online version. I have an "off-line" version of their invoice that I just change for each customer. So, turn off your blocker and it should work.
