shadowwand	posted on May 27, 2003 08:12:42 PM Why are the auctions that are closing tonight stuck in closed and no WBN's are being sent out? Is VD shutting down?

DianaAW	posted on May 28, 2003 10:21:22 PM Hello, The problem you have been experiencing over the past week is due to capacity issues with the eBay API. eBay is actively working on this issue, and we believe that they will be able to resolve it shortly. The capacity problem has been manifesting typically during peak hours/days, and should not affect listings set to launch or close during off-peak hours. Thank you for your patience while eBay continues to look into this issue. Diana
