I am new to Vendio. When the winner checks out is the sales tax automatically calculated if they are from the designated state or do you have to manually enter it? This is a feature that a competitor has in their checkout. When the winner fills out the form with name and address it automatically puts in the state sales tax for your state.
At this time, when a buyer checks out using our system, we provide them with a box to enter the sales tax amount along with your directions for doing so. You can edit your tax directions as needed via the My Account tab, under the Post Sale Mgmt Options link found within.

Thanks Christopher
I think this should be a feature Vendio needs to add. Most auction management services have sales tax automatically calculated. Your checkout needs to be more robust. I used Andale and they have one that is very good. Vendio has some excellent features and that is why I am trying it out. You should also look into supporting eBay’s storefront and the ability to post to it. Your checkout should also be able to handle sales from there. One last thing is you should handle more shipping options that are automatically calculated so we can have real time shipping charges.
Thanks for you time and help
