This site was supposed to help so that customers fill out the checkout form - well the WBNs are not being sent out right after the winner wins, they seeem to be being sent out an hour to 2hours late. i had a few that were sent a day after the customer won! all my customers keeep emailing me saying they arent getting it! NOW, i have items people are paying for direcctly thru paypal and they arent even SHOWING UP IN MY POSTSALE AS IF THEY EVER WON! they did win, but they are no where in my postsale!
I checked your account and noticed that you have some Buy It Now purchases. You might want to consider taking advantage of our Post Sale Acceleration features.
