A "PRE-ARCHIVE AREA"
In Sales Manager there is a Post Sales Management area, where auctions needing attention can be serviced.
I can tell at a glance what stage the auction is in. WBN, CHECKOUT, PAID, INVOICED, SHIPPED, NOTIFIED, FEEDBACK, ... I can also access the auction quickly to find any information I need.
After I have shipped, I am done with the transaction servicing, and would like to be able to place these auctions into a Pre-Archive Area, where they appear just like they do in Post Sales with the item number, email addresses, ended date ...., and I can get into them and see tracking numbers, and other associated information quickly if needed.......
It could be argued they are in archive and can be restored, however lets say I have an item I sold QTY 50 to 50 different people. If I go into archive and try to get an auction tracking number someone has a question about, I can not tell which of the 50 is the one I need, plus I have to browse through all the auctions to be able to find the right one.
If I leave all of these completed auctions in Post Sale, it clutters everything up with auctions and sales that do not need attention.
Auctions will Archive after a preset time period, so if there were this Pre-Archive Post Sale Area, that functioned like Post Sale but was a separate area, that would be beneficial.
