I have WBNs that are not going out up to 30 mins. after the auction. Is something going on? Yes, I use acceleration and have had the WBN button checked for every sale for over a year now. Problem?

Same problem, up to 1 hour delays this afternoon. Assume this evening will be more of the same.

Me too!
Happened last night. also. I finally sent it manually from Vendio after nearly an hour, and then vendio sent one, so they got 2!
This evening, I have these 2 still not sent
2835455333 and 2178021623 , that finished at 6.31 PDT and 6 .38 p.m. tonight. If it's another hour, the bidders may have to wait until tomorrow to read the EOAs, or to pay me even, if they so desire,[biggrin/] if they are on the East Coast!
One bidder's FB constantly remarks on her lightning fast payment...guess I'm S.O.L. on that goodie tonight!
I don't like to manually send them if they'll be duplicated, as some buyers get (rightfully) irritated.
What's going on?

Whatever it is...please get it fixed. (I like to try to wrap a few thing up before bedtime!) Tonight 11 auctions closed over an hour ago. Finally went in and manually tried to send the WBNs.....says they went but 15 minutes and still nothing in the inbox....I'm guessing eventually BOTH the automatic and my manual WBNs will go out!??

WBN's over n hour after the auctions have ended. Please rectify the problem. We are all paying very good money for this service. If it is a problem between Ebay and VD, then VD needs to find the fix for the problem. Ebay is who you support. In the next few weeks there are going to be alot of changes at Ebay. Is VD ready to support all the changes????

We are investigating this issue at this time, but would like to collect samples from you. If you can let us know some item ID numbers and provide the time that they had ended, and when the WBN went out for them. This information will be forwarded on to engineering.

2638571367 closed at 20:10 on 6/9/2002 WBN was sent at 23:13 (2 hours 13 minutes after it closed).

Check any of my auctions that closed on 9 Jun. Ebay notification arrives 8:31 pm, WBNs arrived 10:51pm.

Shadowwand -- I see that your WBNs have sent, did you send them manually or did they go out on their own? How much time has elapsed since they were sent?

Although you only have a few posts, I think this problem is more widespread than a just a few random occurrences. It has been a problem with my auctions for some time now. Regular auctions and buy it now.

I have been having problems with the WBN going out for quite a while also. It has just gotten really bad in the past week. They go out 2-3 hours after the auctions ends. You can check the time my auction ends and what time the WBN went out. Surely, I am not the only person with this problem.

Mine have now been coming in as usual this evning, June 11th., on the West Coast.
I'm pleased; and appreciate the attention given this matter, to all concerned.
Good points, gousainc and shadowwand, in your observations that this may be/ have been a problem for many more users than have posted here.
If thanks are in order, Vendio, please accept mine.
Here's hoping it was a temporary glitch and you fixed it !

Mine are slow this evening. Also auctions are launching late. Latency is 30 minutes and counting. I have not heard anything about this problem except with Vendio.
