I have 2 orders in my post sale. Both show the same email address, but I can't combine them into one order. The numbers are:
576848613
576940985
When I click on either one of them and hit "search for combinable orders" (or whatever that button is) the second order won't show up.
The problem is that you cannot combine two orders together, only auction items. You will need to uncombine them both first, them combine them all together.
First click on the PSM keys beside that order, then hit the 'edit buyer' button. On the next page, uncheck the box to relist it, then use the 'split order' button to uncombine.
Do this for both, then you should be able to combine them all together.
