Hi Sonya or Chris or whoever is working at this hour in Calif. This is Steve from cyberage. I,m trying to help a new user use AW. We re having a problem uploading images. We get to the point where all the images are in the browsa boxes and when we try to upload we gat a page saying "This page casnnot be displayed". At first we thought it might be an AW problem but tried it on my computer and all was OK. Any suggestions as to whyu this might be happening would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,
I understand that you posted here from account 'bonidee', is this right?
I have looked over Bonidee's account and I've seen that there are some images uploaded yesterday. I have tried and successfully uploaded animage myself in this account.
In order to help you please tell us the exact steps you tried in order to upload a picture, as well (if you can!) the ISP and internet connection type you are working with.

Hi Steve,

One word of advise: according to eBay announcements page, http://www2.ebay.com/aw/marketing.shtml eBay no longer accepts email to be used as userID.
I have found out that user 'bonidee' has no eBay userID stored at Vendio (an email is present in this field). Notice that you cannot launch any auctions at eBay with these credentials, and you will have to provide eBay username. Please go to https://secure.vendio.com/ureg/ and correct this.

Hi Marius, yes it was me trying to help out a friend who is new to AW and ebay and Im trying to teach him the business. We figured out what was wrong. He is using a $800.00 Sony 3.5 digital camera and even at the lowest setting it was still putting out 900 KBs. Way over your limit of 350 KBs. Any suggestions other than him going out and buying a lower pixel camera would be appreciated. Some times better is not always best. Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,

I do understand the problem. No need to buy a new camera. All you need is some program to scale down the images by 2. In order to help you I need some information regarding the camera and the software you are using.

Should be an option on the camera itself to make the image smaller. Otherwise go to www.myimager.com
You can resize it there.
