It is taking a long time for the page to open to start a new auction listing for me too. But after about 45 seconds it does come up. But then, I am trying to load up new auctions, and when I go to check it on the EBAY PREVIEW BUTTON, it tells me "There was a problem with some of the fields you have edited. Please look below and correct the fields marked with red." but nothing is in red.
I am using everything exactly as I have been for the last three years. Is anyone else having a problem launching new auctions. I am totally confused. Thanks so much for any help....
That error message is due to the text in the eBay Checkout Payment Instructions box being longer than 500 characters. Make sure the text you have put there is less than that, and your auction should launch.
We are working on getting out better messaging for this error.
