I'm new and just trying to get set up.
I was able to fill in several post-sale e-mail templates from the "My Account" page, but I don't see any place to enter an address for the buyer to send payments to if they choose to pay by personal check or money order. Where should I enter an address for the buyer to send payment to. I assume PayPal will take care of itself.
I would also like to preview the WBN e-mail and the Check-out form, but can't find where to do this. FYI, I read th Post Sale FAQs before writing this and the instructions appear to be out of date - I can't find any of the links mentioned.

Learning how to use the Vendio site leaves a lot to be desired. I teach and write documentation - Vendio needs some attention.
Anyway, go to the "My Account" tab, then scroll down to "Personal Preferences." Select "Personal Information." There you will find the fields you are looking for. This data is then used in the Checkout and for Invoices.
You cannot directly preview WBN's or any other message in the "Post Sale Management" area unless there is a "Preview" button. In order to view these messages, you have to have an item in Post Sales. Kinda weird.
After you get a sale, if you can't figure it out, post another question.
