Can anyone tell me how dutch auctions work through Vendio - do I get to have post sale management tools for each winner?

Hi Planejane,

In order to launch dutch auctions, simply indicate a value in the quantity field and leave the reserve price field empty. Keep in mind that in order to launch auctions in this format, eBay requires that sellers must:

1) Be ID Verified by eBay

or

2) Have a Feedback Rating of 50 or above and be a member of eBay for 60 days or more.

When a dutch auction closes, it will split into individual auctions based on how many winners you have. You will get post sale keys for each one.

Regards,

Sonya

My dutch auction just ended. The listing shows up in post sale, but there are no post sale keys attached. ie: can't send a WBN.
This is not what Sonya advised would happen with a dutch auction. How do I get the post sale keys attached to this sale?

Thanks.
