Hi,

I'm trying to setup our Yahoo Auction account info in SM. However, when ever I enter our USER ID, which is hte same as our eBAy ID, it gives us an error that says we are already using this ID in another Vendio Account.

Do our Yahoo and eBay ID's need to be unique?

Hi Ron,

Your eBay and Yahoo IDs do not have to match your Vendio account name. Can you confirm your Yahoo ID with us?

Why am I getting this error, when I try to setup the Yahoo Account in Vendio:

We were unable to process your request because of the following problem:

The user ID you have provided is already stored in another Vendio account. Please insert other user ID and try again.

Hello,

This is because of your old account with us, itechstore, which still has that ID stored within.

Let us know what your Yahoo ID is, and we can manually place it into your account for you. I didn't know if it was geekdeal also or itechstore.
