Dear Mr. Robert, my grandson sent you over a hour ago a postal money order #05403xxxx for $100.00. Please believe me that it was an error that we didnt add the tax but it was difficult to understand. Thank you for your feedback on the tax calculator. Please try to send all feedback/suggestions in the future to the actual feedback forum, as the Sales Manager forum is for questions and answers about the Sales Manager/Image Hosting product only.
With the number of threads that occur in this forum, many users will not get a chance to see your suggestion/feedback and add their own comments to it (further pushing the issue), when this thread falls to page 3 within such a short period of time.
As for the trouble your buyers seem to be having, for now anyway, try editing your sales tax directions to be more specific towards the issues they may be running into. If you find that your buyers typically enter 70% instead of 7%, consider adding a note or even an example saying just that - "Be sure to enter only 7% rather than 70%"
We will of course pass along your comments as a suggestion to build an automatic tax calculator for a future update.

0 7 . 0 0 % sales tax must be paid for items shipping to Florida , this only applies to Florida shipments, if so please make sure the register above reads 0 7 . 0 0 %
Your right, it is, we just want to help you the best we can and getting feedback/suggestions posted to the feedback forum is simply the most effective means given the details mentioned above.
As for the directions you are currently using, they seem simple enough to follow, but if you are having trouble with users reading and comprehending them correctly, we were simply suggesting that you attempt to reword it a little and see if you can come up with something that works better for you.
Again, we have passed along your comments as feedback to improve this area, and hope you can find a way (and that we can assist you in doing so) to make the current system work to your advantage at this time.
